Congratulations 2018 A Ball Champs

Congratulations to the Phillies won an exceptionally played A Ball Championship against the sixth-seeded Cubs team 2-0, in a game than ended in a heavy sixth inning rain. Alex Rudolph got the win, tossing six shut out innings for the complete game victory, outdueling Bret Kasper.

The win capped an undefeated post season for the Phillies, who were seeded first following an 10-2 record. Coach Severson commented that there were key contributions made from all players on the roster during the year.

The Phillies have now qualified for the Overholt Tournament held in September which hosts all the District 9 Little League winners.
